can i make my laptop a pc

can i take all my hardware of my laptop and put it in a pc case ?
and if i cant can i at least take out the video card and the cpu?

This won't help you much, the laptop and desktop motherboards, CPUs and connections are different.

You may as well take your laptop whole and stick it inside the case, end result will be the same.

If you are trying to build a desktop computer by taking apart an old laptop, can't do it, video card is most often on the motherboard and not removable, if it was removable it won't fit in any desktop motherboard PCIe slots. Same thing for the CPU, the CPU may be removable but it won't fit in a desktop motherboard socket.
No, unless it is specifically built for it. I dont think ive seen anything like what youd need. The components are very different from actual desktop components.
