yeah, ok, complicated question maybe.

laptop has an SSD, on which i've made my current Win7 partiton, and set aside other partitions for WinXP and Linux. but i don't have my USB-DVD drive handy today. but i DO have the Linux Mint ISO image downloaded.

can i use some sort of program to "mount" the ISO image and install WinXP and Linux onto the other partitions?

yes, i know i can create a Live-USB as well - except i don't have my USB stick here either!!! i'd like to get this stuff done TODAY.

can i do this? or am i stuck waiting a day or two?

yeah, i figured it was a long-shot. it's a cold boring sunday, but i guess i'll watch a movie instead and do this stuff mon/tues after office hours.....

hey, does anyone want to write a program that CAN do this? might be a market for it. a small market (me!), but a market nonetheless...
