Solution
Looks like your gpu and cpu are apu and soldered to motherboard so un-upgradable. But since your cpu is quad core you could go eGPU but that needs some time and cheap gpu + psu + exp gdc pcie Dock https://www.banggood.com/Mini-PCI-E-Version-V8_0-EXP-GDC-Beast-Laptop-External-Independent-Video-Card-Dock-p-1011222.html

If your not willing to use that much money then only chance is to overclock your gpu and cpu for some performance gain. This is if you changed thermal paste to high quality and have cooling pad. Go to power settings and change to high performance instead of optimal or power saving. Download ccc and after that AMD overdrive, check what options do you have in AMD overdrive for overclocking.

Im pretty sure on stock or oc it...

Im pretty sure on stock or oc it will be hard time to run fortnite. Maybe overclocked processor to 2.5-3.5ghz quad core and eGPU would be best option
