Notebookcheck.net ranks the Radeon R4 (Stoney Ridge) integrated graphics core to be about equal to an Intel HD 4000. That is based solely on specs because they have not actually used any games to benchmark the iGPU.

Below is a link to a video of playing the Sims 4 on laptop with a Core i3-3110m and Intel HD 4000. Basically at 1280x720 resolution and low settings the game runs at 60FPS according to the Youtuber. When using medium settings performance is in the 25 - 30 FPS range. Information is in the description of the video.

Actual performance with the A6-9220 and Radeon R4 iGPU could be different.
