Can I play sims?

I am looking at buying an Asus vivobook X540 with 4GB ram, would this be good enough to play sims 4?

That is probably the slowest X540 model you can get, it may play SIMS 4 but at lowest settings and I doubt is will be smooth even then.

That is an extremely weak laptop. I recommend you spend a little more money to buy the following laptop with acore i3-5005u and Intel HD 5500 graphics core. It is certainly not a powerful laptop by any means, but it is a lot better than the Asus you are looking at.
