Can I play the sims 4 including the expansion pack on my hp 2000 notebook pc?

If i can't, any suggestions on what i could get to play it? I don't want something that will cost too much. The model is a hp 2000 notebook pc

No. The AMD E-300 APU is far too weak to play the Sims 4. It was considered pretty weak even when it was first released.
