Can I plug my headset into my HD TV

Wasn't too sure where to put this so decided on to put it on here. The TV I use only has 3 connectors HDTV Scart and DVI. Recently I bought a Turtle Beach P11 headset and there's no way to connect it to my TV. Tp connect it you need to plug the PS3 component cables for audio in and use HDMI for picture. But, I'm not sure if this means I can't use the headset with the TV or I have to buy an adapter

I had the same problem but my headset came with a extra plug on the back so I plug the playstaion white audio cord in the back of my headset cables same with the red one
