Solved! Can I replace backlit keyboard with non backlit one

I have Dell Latitude E5430 and recently I spilled some soda on it. I saved the laptop itself, but the keyboard is dead. My original keyboard have a backlight and I found one without backlight. Will the one without backlight work if I install it?

You should be able to use it, however you will be leaving the connection for power on the motherboard, which is used for the backlit keyboard, exposed/open. I would be careful with that.
