can I run 32bit from 64bit

I have windows 10, 64bit Lenovo thinkpad305, I have a programme that will only work on 32bit .... Help pls

Yes, 32-bit programs will work on 64-bit operating system. The OS has to be 64-bit, not just the CPU. Check the System Properties. If it doesn't work properly, change compatibility settings.

As already stated.

If at the end it still insists on a 32 bit OS, run Oracle VM (free) and install your old 32 bit OS there.
