Unknown. Those peak wattage values are not very useful. You need to validate the minimum ohms the amp supports vs the impedance of the speaker. Then it will depend on how efficient the speaker is, the construction of the enclosure, the room acoustics and the legitimacy of the rating of the amp. An expensive 200W amp is more likely to work for a long time, than a $100 "1000W" amp...

IF all the specs are accurate then the difference between using 750w and 1000w is about 1.5db in greater maximum volume. 1db is barely audible. Going to 1500w would only be 3db louder than 750w. Whether those differences matter is dependent on the size of the space and how loud you want to go.
More power doesn't make it sound better it only makes it louder. The higher the damping factor of the amp the better it starts and stops the woofer, Makes for tighter more dynamic bass.
