Can I run GTA V with this laptop?

Hey, will I be able to run GTA V on PC? If yes, then what settings will I be able to run it on? Will I be able to run at on ANY settings BUT without lag or atleast a bit of lag?

My system specs:

  Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz.
  Video Card 1: NVIDIA GeForce 610M.
  Video Card 2: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000.
  Memory: 4GB RAM.
  OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit.
  Display Maximum Resolution: 1366 x 768.

EDIT: From what Can You Run It? website said, I can run it on minimum settings. All I need is to free up around 10GBs of disk space. Could use some of your opinions tho, thanks once again!

It will not run in a playable fashion. Pc gaming is not a low end undertaking and trying to force it will not result in satisfactory results.

Get a console or a better system if you want to play this game.
