Simply put: no.

Not sure off the top of my head but an 820m performs a hair faster than intel HD 4400 which is a more common GPU and will be a good guide to refer to when checking any game.

The nVidia 820m is about equal to the current Intel HD 520 graphics core which means it provides better performance than the Intel HD 4400.

Can it run AC Unity? No. In the link below the 820m only managed an average of 15 FPS in AC Unity using low graphic settings and 1024x768 resolution.

HD 520 (Passmark Score 763) is a good bit faster than 820m (Passmark Score 580) but closer to HD4400 (Passmark Score 547).

Passmark is a synthetic benchmark which is not very reliable; in other words it is crap and I always ignore it.

Below is a link to game benchmarks that demonstrates the 820m is actually better. They are older games because the 820m is an older GPU.

Good to know gaming can be different, that being said I can run a lot on my laptops hd4000 on low, the games just look like Nintendo 64 though.

I haven't tried anything new knowing it would either look bad and run ok or look ok and run bad, some games like Witcher 3 even on low look ok but won't run well on slower hardware.
