Can i sell My replacement iphone unopened from box on ebay after upgrade my phone in verizon

I received my phone from asurion after I paid my ded and now I want to upgrade it to new phone. can I do that

If you got the phone from Verizon and they did not specify if it's unlocked or not, assume it's locked.

If you can sell it, sure, it will just be locked to Verizon for use unless you or the new owner unlocks it. If you got it and you are in a contract, they will very likely not unlock it for the buyer or you.
