Contact your service provider who will assist you once you establish you are the owner of the device.
They may be able to establish the approximate location of the device if it still has your SIM in it ... and disable the SIM so you do not incur any further telecom charges for use.

If you used that fone for banking transactions or left any PIN or other "helpful" information on it then adress these concerns with your bank ... so they know and can suspend the account ... change your PIN etc ...
