Unfortunately no, you cannot which is a major down side with laptops, on the bright side your processor can ! The only mobile graphics card that are up gradable are the MXM series found on the highest tier of gaming laptops. If you want to PC game you can either sell your current laptop and get a newer one with 850M + graphics or save up, keep your current laptop and buy a cheap gaming PC which with low end parts will set you back about $450-$550.

Been reported on extensively. It works similar to the GS30 Dock with the PCI-E Connection being at the back of the laptop using a cable the alienware dock connects to the laptop and is a proprietary connection meaning only alienware products (new 13-15-17 series laptops) work with it at the moment.
