Can i upgrade it to the Nvida Geforce 1060 have a Acer swift 3

A laptop? No, not conventionally anyway. They don't sell mobile 1060's nor would you be able to fit one in the laptops enclosure. You might be able to get one of those external GPU docks, however I don't think that laptop has thunderbolt or any interface capable of handling the bandwidth of a 1060.
