Can i upgrade my samusung s3510 for gaming purpose?

i have laptop of samsung s3510 and has 2.10 ghz intel celeron t3500 processor and 4 gb ddr3 ram but i am not still able to play heavy games because of processor and graphics card.can i upgrade graphics card and processor to this laptop?plz help me.. 🙁
