My photo editing software is telling me to update my graphics drivers. Is this possible in my Satellite Pro C-850?

Solution
Yes, you can. However, you likely have to do it manually.

Your laptop relies on the Intel HD 3000 integrated graphics core because it does not have a dedicated graphics card / chip. The problem is laptop manufacturers customizes Intel's graphics drivers so if you attempt to install official graphic drivers using Intel's install program, you will get an error. That means you will have to manually update the graphic drivers yourself.

Instructions for Windows 10 and Windows 8 (Windows 7 should be similar to Windows 8):

Here is a link to the Windows 7 & 8 64-bit version. Download the Zip file...

There are no official drivers for Windows 10. But I think the above drivers should work if you upgraded to Windows 10.
