Can I upgrade the graphics card in my laptop

Asus RoG G53J w Nvidia 450 card. Can I upgrade it?

Nope, the GPU is directly soldered to the board so you can't upgrade it.

You can replace the CPU but the GPU is soldered into the board, there is no available GPU with simular thermal profile as the 450M available for that unit..
