can i use a tvs main board as a usb player?

if i use a tvs flat ribbon main board cable and connect it to the required pin end and then to the same pin-hdmi adapter will i have a video hdmi output from the tv?like using the tvs main board as atv box?

No you won't have an HDMI output.
HDMI is not what goes to the lcd panel itself.
