Can I use the BL-5C battery on the Nokia N90?

Pretty self-explanatory. Lost the original BL-5B battery that my Nokia N90 uses. And the only battery that I have now is the BL-5C.

The BL-5C is more powerful than the BL-5B battery. So does using it on my Nokia N90 fry it? Or will it work just fine? Should I drain the battery to around 10% to use my Nokia without frying it?

Also where can I buy a BL-5B battery online? One that is not old stock/bloating?
