if your asking the onboard video chip HD5500 can run the PUBG the answer is no it isn't strong enough.

the PUBG minimum video card is a GTX 960 or R7 370 so comparing your HD 5500 against the suggested video card (see image below) you can clearly see if just not designed for gaming.
