Can my Acer aspire axc 704g ew52 run sims 4

Need to know before I buy it.

It seems to be a low end desktop with a low end mobile Intel Celeron N3050 that has the Intel HD (Braswell) graphics core. According to benchmarks in the link below the N3050 was able to get 64 FPS in the Sims 4 at 1,024 x 768 resolution. But at 1366 x 768 resolution it drops to 19 FPS. That's without any expansions
