Can my computer handle this graphics card?

I have a ATI Radeon HD 4250 from a Sony Vaio laptop

I have a Toshiba Satellite L755-S5366 with HD Family Graphics card which sucks.

These are my computer specs and a link for more info:

-ACPI x64-based PC
-Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
-Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2330 @ 2.20GHz
-6GB of RAM

No, there really isn't any way to use the Radeon HD 4250 in the Toshiba. Since the Toshiba does not feature a dedicated graphics card, there's just no where to put it
