Can my laptop run DayZ Standalone?

These are my specs


Processor: AMD A10-7400p at 2.5 GHz and 3.4 GHz in turbo mode
OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit
GPU: AMD Radeon R6
RAM: 8 GB

My computer is an Asus X550ZA.

Yes, no problem. Make sure to have the most recent version of Catalyst control center. You can also upgrade that laptop to 1866Mhz Ram with the LOWEST CAS latency number, and it will substantially increase gaming performance (5% to up to 30% fps increase). Use two matching sticks like 2x4GB or 2X8GB to get dual channel memory if you do. It's not entirely necessary as your laptop will perform fairly fine in the meantime, but will give you more of an edge.
