You could try the Iobit Game Booster for better performance though

Always go to www.canIrunit.com and see the recommended settings of a game to see how you would stack up. This would be the 'consumer expected experience' needed hardware, where as minimal is just enough to 'run' the game but don't expect it to perform well / satisfyingly
