not exactly top performance, but decent enough.

your CPU and GPU will be capable, but not top performance. you may have to dial back some settings to maintain the FPS as desired.
if you got somethink like an I5 7500 that would alleviate having to dial back settings somewhat. But just to be clear, the 7500 over the 6100 isn't a huge upgrade, rather slightly better results, and more resources. More cores, and more cache.

It would not be a premium experience in CPU-heavy VR games like Lone Echo. The majority of VR games are not CPU-heavy though, and then your system would provide a pretty good experience.
I mean, an RX 580 is not going to max out the graphics settings and supersampling, but it's pretty good. Depends how you define "premium" I guess.
