Can nvidia geforce 840m 4gb can be used for video editing software such as adobe after effects? ?

I am getting confused I want to buy lenovo z50 - 70 which has nvidia geforce 840m 4gb I want these laptop for video editing in adobe after effects so can it run these software without any lag?

It will run Adobe, adequate performance is up to the user when using the software.

It should be able to handle after affects fine. It may struggle when you start adding in lots of affects and the rendering may slow down as the gpu is not designed for it. For learning purposes, this gpu is fine.
