can someone help me make a tv channel

hello i am trying to make a channel on my old tv so it will be live and i have a samsung video camera and i don't know how i saw it at my sons school how they did the "morning announcements" and i want to do something similar at work i dont want to make it on a over the air connect i just want it to where i can hook up a coax input into my tv
