Can this computer handle Dota 2?

I am thinking of getting a new computer and I looking at this one right now, can it handle Dota 2? (I don't really care about other games since I only play Dota 2)

Without a dedicated GPU in it, i'm thinking NO. This only has an integrated INTEL GPU.
but since I'm not sure if Dota2 ONLY works with Nvidia or AMD, I hope someone else will guide you better.
