You can run DayZ at 1080p at medium to high settings. You can't max out do to your CPU but you should have a really decent gaming experience.

Medium Settings around 30fps "Definatly not 1080p" DayZ is pretty much still a unoptimized bad Port. I would suggest to drop your Resolution down one tier that would make things much less choppy when you have a cluster to load.
