Can this play Sims 3 and Sims 4

I am looking to buy a Clevo laptop with the below specs:
Intel Core i7 2.2ghz (Quadcore) ,
8GB DDR3 Ram,
500GB 7200rpm HDD,
Nvidia Geforce GTX560m 1.5GB GPU

I am not the most clued up on graphic cards, but am trying to learn.
Will the laptop be able to play the Sims 3 games with all expansions; and the Sims 4 games with expansions? Also with the graphics on high.
I like to buy a good quality laptop that will last me about 3-4 years of good gaming.

Although the laptop is a bit old, it will still be able to play the Sims 3 and 4 with high graphic settings. The nVidia GTX 560m was considered a pretty decent "high end performance" graphics chip when it was released. It is about equal to the current generation nVidia GT 840m which is considered a good "mainstream performance" graphics chip.
