Can toshiba 50l3400u download apps

I HAVE TOSHIBA 50L3400U TV. I JUST PURCHASED DIRECTTV NOW, CAN THIS APP BE DOWNLOADED TO THE TV.

Looking at the Manual[/url[], your TV cannot install any apps from anywhere, just built-ins Netflix, Pandora etc.

You'll need something else to use DirectTV app, like an Android Box, or a smartphone / tablet / laptop with HDMI output.

I have already answered that - I see no way you can download additional apps on your TV.
