can using someone's USB port for WiFi get a virus if the USB port has been hooked up to an infected computer??

A cricket wireless USB port has been on an infected computer. Is it safe for me to use the same USB port or is it infected too.....and if so how do you clean a USB port

While it is theoretically possible, it is extremely unlikely IMHO that you managed to catch malware that is tailored for that specific line of USB devices.

It shouldn't be an issue.
