Can you charge a Laptop with USB C? (Not MacBook)

So My Laptop Died when i was on a Road Trip and i got curious on my Laptop Having a USB C port. can i charge with it. so i can buy a USB C Cable for my Battery Pack

nope as no usb port can handle that amount of voltage & amperage to recharge the laptop's battery.

That is not true. Some laptops definitely charge over USB-C. Dell XPS13 and LG Gram come to mind. Many don't but it depends on the model.

Mine's not, It won't charge when I plugged it in, Even with the USB C port on my Battery Pack
