Can you get an eGPU for the Acer Aspire E 15 E5-523G-95NV

My current laptop cannot run high end games or low end games at all and I really want it to so can you get an eGPU for the Acer Aspire E 15 E5-523G-95NV?

Simple answer - no. More detail - to be able to use an eGPU, you really need a laptop with a thunderbolt 3 port. The other option is to open up the laptop, see if it has an available PCIe port, hope that it is better than 1x speed, buy a kit to connect with PCIe, a GPU and another power supply.
