I recently bought a Lenovo Z50-75.The assistant from the store had to reset it.Before this,everything was fine.Now it says I should activate Windows but I don't have the product key.I am also having problems with checking the GPU by right-clicking on the home screen which I could easily do before the reset.Can you please help??

Hi,

Normally, the Microsoft sticker should be under the laptop and there's should be a sticker that should contain the product key of your laptop so you can activate Windows again. And about your GPU, please do try doing a clean install of it.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the AMD graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to AMD.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver from the manufacturers site.

- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed then test it again.

I have not had stickers containing the Windows product key on any of my last 4 laptops.
