Provide a link to the laptop you have or the model #.
Most likely your laptop only has integrated graphics since Sony did not make many laptops with dedicated graphics to the best of my knowledge. Also, given that the laptop has Windows 7 means it is probably has a 2nd generation (Sandy Bridge) or 3rd generation (Ivy Bridge) CPU.
Sandy Bridge CPU has the Intel HD 3000 graphics core while Ivy Bridge has the Intel HD 4000 graphics core. The Intel HD 4000 is roughly around 15% - 20% more powerful than the older Intel HD 3000. However, that is not saying much since both are pretty weak.
In either case you are limited to playing older games that are not very graphically demanding. Most PC games should have no problems running on Windows 7.
If you are looking to play some old console games, like Super Nintendo games, then you need to Google for an emulator that will allow you to play those games.
