Can you unlock the multiplier in Green AMD CPUS?

Can you unlock the multiplier in Green AMD CPUS? I heard seen that it isn't as simple as connecting the L1 bridges any more. Anyone know anything yet?

Eventually all AMD CPUs will have green packaging. A fellow at HardOCP successfully unlocked a AMD XP 2600+ thoroughbred-B cpu using a mechanical pencil.
