Question Cannot access Facebook

When I opened Facebook I received this message:

I selected by phone but no reset code is received. I tried multiple times.

I tried but that is not working either. That is not working

I am using Chrome as my browser.

Do you perhaps know how to get help from Facebook? I have tried all options but I cannot get it right.

I need to know why no reset code is received. I cannot get an answer on Facebook help
