So I have a Lenovo Ideapad 5 Pro 16ARH7 running AMD Ryzen 5 6600HS Creator Edition 3.30 GHz processor with 64 bit operating system and processor.
I have a focusrite scarlett 2i2 and I have downloaded the driver onto the laptop.
I have two tannoy monitors connected to the audio interface and they work fine.
Whenever I try to select the scarlett 2i2 as the audio output in sound settings the little x appears beside the sound icon. I don’t know what’s causing this but would really appreciated any support or solves.
