Cannot get screen on dell inspiron 5000

Switch on laptop Deion logo/hi there sign in with time, country language/next/get going fast/customize settings or press use express settings/ blank screen/dell/windows logo/then back to country language etc/cannot find solution.

Sound like it got factory reset and stuck/failed. try using the recovery disk and reinstall

Thanks for your help, but could not find a recovery disc. My grandson turned up and knowing more about computers than I do, He fixed, May I take this opportunity of thanking you for time and help. Bill Clark
