Cannot manage Brightness In My Lenovo Z5170

I have Lnovo Z5170 with windows 10 and I'm not able to adjust my screen Brightness.Please give the Solution.

Check lenovo website for win 10 driver for your laptop. Some of laptop external function (not windows related like adjusting screen brightness, enabling unique key etc) require drivers from laptop maker itself. Sometimes they need you to install the 'bloat' that coming pre installed with the laptop to enable this simple function.
