need help for Acer Aspire E11 model. i cannon open it. i only seen white colored screen an 'chirp" sound. what should i do.

Hi,
Does you laptop still show the ACER splash screen when you first turn it on? Do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by doing a hard restart, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then boot it back up.
- If it doesn't work try connecting your laptop to an external monitor and see if the display will be normal because if it is that means it's the built in display that has the problem.
- If the laptop will not display anything on the screen when you turn it back on you may also need to reseat the RAM's, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure everything is seated properly.
- If all these will not work do contact Acer for a repair if it's still under the factory warranty.
