Cannot Stream Amazon to Sony XBR-65X930E but Netflix is working fine.

I just took delivery of my new Sony and set it up to recieve signal from my FIOS gateway. I have the gigabyte service. I have no problem streaming Netflix in 4K to the set but when I go to the Amazon app I see a message that states there is a problem and to look at the Amazon help site. Obviously, that didn't help. Anyone have any ideas?

What part of the problem was, is the bandwidth at the set was 4.64mbps and it was not allowing a 4K picture, just 1080. I switched out to a CAT 6 cable ai ha lying around and I know the router output is 910mpbs(FIOS Gigabit). Amazon Video 4K is now just audio no video and Netflix is on but at 1080. The display is showing 6.68mbps!!! How is that possible?
