Can't access bios dell e6420

I don't see a BIOS option when I press f2 in the options. Please help! I'm trying to overclock my cpu. I've tried everything I can think of and see nothing on Google. Below is an image of what I see when I press f2.

I doubt the BIOS will help you OC anything. The CPU may be locked, and most laptop OEMs don't include an option in their BIOS for playing with frequencies and/or voltages.


F2 is the correct key. I can't make out your image very well to see what it is you're seeing, though (image is too small).
