can't access facebook on google, but can on bing.

I can't access facebook on google (not using google chrome) but I can on Bing. I can't access Hotmail on Bing, but I can on google. This is a recent thing. Cleaned out the cache, got a new Norton anti virus program, have a maleware program. When I try to access facebook on google my entire computer freezes and I have to do a force shutdown, same goes when I try to access my Hotmail from Google. Any ideas
