Can't access to google play ?

The error shows lack of google service..where can I download a google service frame ?

When did this issue start? Did you check with support from your service provider? Need more details about the issue, what happened before issue started, any special things you did like root/flash the phone, etc...

That's still not giving us any info about the issue aside from the fact that it's not working. Is this a new phone? Is it stock? Has it ever worked? Is it activated or at least connected to WiFi? What is the exact error message? What version of Android and what device is it?
