Can't connect to Internet with my brand new Dell Inspiron 15

I just purchased a new Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series touch laptop with Windows 10. I can't connect to the wi-if at work, it shows the connection but doesn't let me "accept the terms" and actually hit the "connect" button. My last laptop worked just fine here, and I like using my own laptop with my own stuff on it. Why can't I connect with this laptop? I've tried everything from restarting to going through settings, please help, I really hate to have to return this laptop, I do like it so far.
