Can't connect to the internet on my laptop and it's asking to login email first to even start laptop

My laptop has limited Internet access and to start my laptop it's asking for login first which is not possible without Internet access how can I start my laptop please help and yes how to overcome the limited Internet access problem on my laptop thanks

Check your Internet Connectivity
Do you have consistent connectivity to Internet using your Smartphone?
Connect the Laptop to your Router using an Ethernet Connection Cable directly to one of its LAN ports.
